By downloading, installing, or using the Hush software and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Hush grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms and your purchased subscription plan.

• Pro Plan: Valid for a single user across their personal devices.
• Team Plan: Valid for the number of devices or users agreed through direct Team setup with @TryHush_Me.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the software or the license validation mechanism.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While Hush is designed to block distractions, we do not guarantee that it will block 100% of intended apps or URLs due to changes in third-party software or operating systems.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their subscription.
